NeurologyLib Policy

Refund and Returns Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing digital courses, e-books, PDFs, Google Drive access links, or online medical learning resources from NeurologyLib.

Important: NeurologyLib sells digital products and online access links. Once access, download links, Google Drive links, course files, or digital content have been delivered or accessed, orders are generally non-refundable.

1. Digital Product Policy

NeurologyLib provides digital medical education resources, including courses, e-books, PDFs, clinical references, lectures, and specialty-focused learning materials.

Because these products are delivered electronically and may be accessed shortly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, opened, downloaded, or accessed.

2. No Refund After Access

After a customer receives access to a course, e-book, PDF, download link, Google Drive folder, streaming link, or digital files, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

This policy helps protect digital content from unauthorized use, copying, download, or redistribution after purchase.

3. When a Refund, Replacement, or Alternative Access May Be Considered

A refund, replacement, or alternative access option may be considered only in specific cases, including:

  • You paid successfully but did not receive access to your course, e-book, or digital resource.
  • The Google Drive link, download link, or access link does not work and our support team cannot fix it.
  • The delivered resource is different from the product you purchased.
  • The digital product is missing important files, lessons, PDFs, videos, or items clearly listed on the product page.
  • The delivered content has a serious technical issue that makes it unusable.
  • You accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same product.

4. Access and Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your access details after purchase, please first check your inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, and the email address used during checkout.

If you still cannot find the access email or link, contact us with your order number and checkout email. Our team will help you receive access as quickly as possible.

5. Google Drive and Third-Party Access Links

Some courses and digital resources may be delivered through Google Drive or similar online access platforms. Customers are responsible for using an account, device, and internet connection that can open the provided links.

If a shared link does not work, contact us so we can review the access settings or provide support.

6. Missing Items or Technical Problems

If a course, e-book, or digital resource is missing files, lessons, PDFs, videos, or other items clearly included in the product description, please contact us.

Depending on the case, we may provide missing files, replace the access link, update the delivery, offer an alternative version, or review the issue for a possible refund.

7. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address during checkout. If you entered the wrong email address, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

We may update the delivery email if the order can be verified and the digital content has not been misused.

8. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us with both order numbers. We may review the duplicate purchase and provide a refund, replacement, or store credit when appropriate.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after receiving access.
  • You purchased the wrong product but already accessed or downloaded the content.
  • You no longer need the course, e-book, or digital resource.
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing.
  • You expected physical delivery, while NeurologyLib provides digital products only.
  • You expected CME points, official accreditation, attendance certificates, or completion certificates.
  • You request a refund after successfully receiving and accessing the digital content.

10. CME Points and Certificates

NeurologyLib does not provide CME points, official accreditation, attendance certificates, or completion certificates unless clearly stated otherwise on a specific product page.

Purchases are made for educational and self-study purposes only.

11. How to Request Support

To request help, please contact us at contact@neurologylib.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used during checkout
  • The product name
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots, error messages, or broken link examples, if available

12. Review Time

Refund, replacement, or access-support requests are reviewed individually. In most cases, we will first attempt to fix the issue by resending access, replacing links, correcting permissions, providing missing files, or offering technical support.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Most access, delivery, or link issues can be resolved quickly by our support team.
