Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing digital dental courses, e-books, or online learning resources from Dental Reads.
1. Digital Product Policy
Dental Reads provides digital dental courses, clinical e-books, and online educational resources. Because these products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed.
2. No Refund After Access
After a customer receives access to the course, e-book, download link, streaming link, or digital files, the order becomes final and non-refundable. This policy helps protect digital content from unauthorized use, copying, or download after purchase.
3. When a Refund or Replacement May Be Considered
A refund, replacement, or alternative access may be considered only in the following cases:
- You paid successfully but did not receive access to your course or e-book.
- The download link or access link is not working and our support team cannot fix it.
- The course or e-book delivered is different from the product you purchased.
- The digital product is missing important files, lessons, or items listed on the product page.
- The delivered content has a serious technical issue or quality problem that makes it unusable.
4. Access and Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your access email after purchase, please check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and the email used during checkout. Our support team will help you receive your access as quickly as possible.
5. Missing Items or Poor Quality
If a course or e-book is missing files, lessons, PDFs, videos, or other items that were clearly included in the product description, please contact us. We may provide the missing files, replace the access link, offer an alternative version, or review the case for a possible refund.
6. Incorrect Email Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address during checkout. If you entered the wrong email, contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We can update the delivery email if the order can be verified.
7. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us with both order numbers. We may review the duplicate purchase and provide a refund or store credit when appropriate.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after receiving access.
- You purchased the wrong product but already accessed or downloaded the content.
- You no longer need the course or e-book.
- You did not read the product description before purchasing.
- You expected physical delivery, while the product is digital.

10. Review Time
Refund or replacement requests are reviewed individually. We may first attempt to fix the issue by resending access, replacing links, providing missing files, or offering technical support.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Most access or delivery issues can be resolved quickly by our support team.
